We are using the official Lagree Booking automated system on our website. There you will find all the classes we offer, who’s instructoring, available spots, and time slots.

No prior fitness experience is needed to join a Lagree class! Our workouts are beginner-friendly, and our instructors offer both modifications and amplifications to accommodate all fitness levels. Whether you’re new to exercise or an experienced athlete, you’ll enjoy an engaging and effective session.

Cancel 24+ hours: Keep your credit. Cancel within 24 hours: If you cancel or no-show in the 24 hour window OR arrive 5 min or more late for class, you will lose your class spot & charged 15$ late cancel.

No-shows will be charged 25$. If you do not cancel class and miss class this is considered “No-show”
We are unable to provide refunds for late and no show cancellations.

How to cancel a Reservation: – still need to fill this out. I don’t know how they cancel?

If you arrive more then 5 minutes late to a class, your spot will be available for the next person on the class waitlist. It is vital to arrive to class on time, to properly warm up any muscles and get the full workout from start to finish. This also helps reduce any distractions for clients already in class.

If a class is full, you can always join the waitlist. If a spot opens more than 12 hours in advance, you’ll be automatically enrolled and notified via email (make sure your notifications are enabled to receive these messages). If you are added to your waitlisted class and cannot attend, you MUST cancel AT LEAST 12 hours before to avoid a late cancel charge. If you are on the WAITLIST, and HAVE NOT received a notification for an available spot, you’ll need to show up at the studio and wait on “standby.” Often times we receive no shows without notice, and the only way to secure a last minute available spot in class is to be present and see which machine is open and available. If someone hasn’t checked in and is more then 5 minutes late, the spot will be given to the next person on the waitlist who is present.

SHAKES
What are the shakes?
The “shake” refers to those quivers and trembles our muscles produces when our body is put in a time under tension workout in Lagree. We love to see the shakes in Lagree! Lagree is the only workout in the world where you will see the body respond right away to the slow isokinetic movements that we teach in this method. Lagree focuses on slow controlled movements with low impact that lengthen, lean and tone your body while burning away fat and creating long lean muscles. This method will elevate and raise your heart rate without you having to run a marathon or ride a bike, pushing you to your ultimate best self.

SOUND FREQUENCIES using alchemy and crystal quartz bowls:

What is sound? Sound is energy, moving, vibrating at different frequencies. At Nabi Lagree Studios some classes will offer sound bowl healing included with a stretch after your class. Water is one of the best conductors of sound and since our bodies are made up of 60-75% of it, this means we are able to feel vibration, sound, and frequencies within our bodies. The vibrational energy and sound waves experienced while using crystal bowls or while in a sound mediation, go deep into the bodies tissues  providing “cellular massage” that restores cells, reduces stress, relieves pain/disease, and helps to promote rest & digestion bringing the body to a vital state.. Sound frequencies using crystal quartz and alchemy bowls will help to bring harmony and health to the body at a cellular level.
